My super-geeky ode to Strays , an awesome Young Justice AU prequel type thing. I tried to ape YJ’s style a little, and make the Flock’s uniforms look a little cohesive. Started before season 2, so it’s a little behind TV canon. They’re 6, 13, 14, 15, 16, and 18 here. Obvs baby Damien would not actually have a uniform at this point, except maybe for practice in the Cave. I just wanted to draw tiny Robin. :)

So Katy and Carororo let me in on their animated Sherlock handcuff shenanigans!
Poor John did not think this through.
Okay so I didn’t want to say anything because this is one of the best things I’ve seen in a long time, but I figured if it was my animation that was perfect except for one tiny thing, I’d want to know. So!
I don’t know if there’s a frame missing or what’s going on, and I’m sure I wouldn’t have noticed anything if I hadn’t been staring, mesmerized, by this excellent animation, but there’s a split second when Sherlock’s falling where it looks like the handcuff chain bisects John’s head, a bit.
Sorry! This really is great animation, everything from expressions to poses, even the colouring is very, very good. I know it seems nit-picky to focus on such a small detail, but I just thought I should say something.
